Information regarding on-line orders:

1)  U.S. orders are shipped via U.S. Post Office Media Mail service (with delivery confirmation).  All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail service.  Receipt time varies based on delivery method and date order was packed for shipping.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.

2) The online order form automatically calculates your shipping costs.  Shipping costs are based on number of books ordered.  Larger orders are shipped free of charge (the shipping rates are the same as on the mail order forms below).

3) You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and/or an e-mail with the tracking details once your shipment has been mailed.
