This was a physical/visual presentation. We are unable to share the video due to anonymity issues for the participants. Even though you may not be able to figure out everything that is being done, we hope you still find value in being able to hear the audio.

This workshop would offer the opportunity to experience vagus release exercises and Trauma Release Exercises as well as some neuro rebalancing and fascial release. Would be ideal to have space for a mat.
