The Annual World Convention (AWC) Planning Team is in urgent need of volunteers to help plan and coordinate the next virtual Convention.

If we are going to be able to hold the AWC around the clock around the world, we need volunteers from the international ACA community in different time zones to make it happen.

Types of Service you can provide (choose what activities call your heart):

Attend the AWC planning meetings regularly:

• participate in decisions about the Convention (theme and topics, date, times, schedule, etc.)
• review workshop submissions
• interview potential presenters
• inform the fellowship about the Convention (communication team)
• answer questions from the fellowship about the event (monitor the AWC email)
• support the presenters before and during the event
• recruit volunteers to do service at the event
