Evaluating literature toward Conference approval

The Literature Committee engages volunteers in six different subcommittees to help carry the message to the adult child. The process of reviewing, evaluating, and approving new literature takes time, and as many voices as possible are included.

The following boxes help explain the evaluation process. We intend to update the content quarterly as literature moves through our process. Questions: [email protected].

In Literature Evaluation Revision

For literature received, Fellowship reader/evaluation teams are created to provide possible suggestions to the author teams for revisions.

In Fellowship Review

After any revisions are made, literature is presented to Delegates at the next business conference and then published for Fellowship review for up to 3 years.

In Revision After Fellowship Review

Fellowship revision suggestions are evaluated, and if deemed necessary, are sent to the author team for revision.

Ready For Conference Approval

After relevant Fellowship review comments are integrated, documents are sent to the next business conference for final conference approval.
