INFORMATION FOR TRANSLATION TEAMS & INTERGROUPS
Welcome! WSO is happy to receive your manuscript for publishing review. All manuscripts to be submitted should follow the Submission Specifications here.
The submittal should include an Accessible Document with the transcript being submitted. An Accessible Document is a document designed to help people with disabilities understand the book.
The Accessible Document includes image descriptions, metadata and alt-text for screen readers and is specific to each book. For example the Big Red Book Accessible Document is not suitable to be used with the Loving Parent Guidebook or Yellow Workbook.
If you do not already have one you may download the English Accessible Document here and submit it using this same form.
It can be submitted with the translated book file or separately if completed after the book has already been submitted.

WSO's Publishing staff aim to acknowledge the receipt of your intake form within 3 working days and get back to your translation team within 3 weeks from time of request with a publishing schedule.
